William Hernandez has been with FirstService Project Management for the last 5 years, managing new residential and mixed-use development projects. William has been vital to the expansion of our punch list division with respect to new residential developments, serving as the liaison between a multitude of stakeholders ranging from developers to professionals.
At Flushing Commons, William has served as account executive, overseeing a team through multiple phases of development over the last 2 years. His current punch list portfolio is expansive, covering the majority of new luxury residential developments transitioning into the FirstService Residential New York portfolio.
William joined FirstService Project Management after serving as an Operations and Business Development Manager for a garage management company and has been in the management and new business development field for a decade – making him an asset to our team,
developing new relationships amongst developers.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Baruch College and is also licensed by the state of New York as a Real Estate agent.
