Scope of Work:
– Caulking throughout
– Fire Escape scraped and primed
– Brick and Sill replacement
– Pointing of masonry
– Lintel replacement
A leak survey was conducted by FSPM which uncovered 4 additional leaks not specified in the engineers scope.
4 apartments reported leaks at sillsall windows were caulked.
Basonas performed pointing and ensured cross joints were tight.
FirstService Project Managements attention to detail uncovered a dangerous parapet condition while the work was in progress. Decisions were made quickly and although the scope changed significantly the work was not delayed.
The project was completed on budget and on schedule with minimum disturbance to the shareholders.
