FirstService Project Management proposed the installation of a Co-Generation Plant at Bay Ridge Air Rights in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. FSPM procured the contractor and the funding for the project. The project was successfully completed with no disruption to the residents and is saving the building thousands of dollars in electricity a year.
