Located in the Hudson Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, 106 Pinehurst Avenue is six stories and has 96 units. The owners of the building hired FirstService Project Management early on to assist in developing several exterior the projects. Additionally, the owner expressed budget concerns and we were able to contain costs by negotiating savings for the property.
Our work consisted of façade repair under the Local Law 11 requirements, replacement of two elevators and roof repair. The roof project alleviated water penetration, a problem that plagued the building for years. We were able to complete the projects over a nine-month period with minimal disruption to the residents.
