Our appreciation of John Foley’s work borders on a love affair and as fellow board members, you know that is hard to come by. John not only competently assessed our window situation and helped steer the building toward quickly taking appropriate action, but also managed to significantly get the price down with a major window company not known to negotiate. We could not be happier with John’s work, knowledge, attention to detail and especially with his ability to translate construction speak to unfamiliar ears.
