Alyssa Ortalano joined FirstService Project Management in 2018 and serves as a Project Manager. Currently Alyssa assists in managing the punch list process on new residential developments within and outside the FirstService portfolio. She also manages the buyer walk through process of all new residential developments, working with developers to further improve the quality of residential units prior to move in-date.
Prior to joining FirstService Project Management, Alyssa worked in management for in construction and small businesses. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the College of Staten island with a minor in Finance.
