FirstService Project Management was retained to coordinate and oversee a complete replacement of over 800 windows in the Landmarked 36 Gramercy Park East.
FirstService Project Management coordinated the custom fabrication of stained glass windows to fit the new Champion windows installed by Skyline.
FSPM completed the restoration of the entry way, including sidewalk and vault replacement, restoration of historic knights, and the installation of new gas-powered lanterns.
